Initiate Your Request
Log into your PustakCafe account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
